Drunk man run over by train awarded $2.3 million

CNN reported that a New York jury awarded a drunk man $2.3 million after he stumbled onto train tracks and was hit by a train. The jury found the driver of the train failed to keep a proper lookout. But the jury reduced the award by 35% based on the plaintiff's comparative fault.
