Judge dismisses privacy suit against Google
A Pittsburgh couple sued Google claiming its Street View violated their right to privacy by showing picures of their driveway and home. The federal district judge ruled that only the most "exquisitely sensitive" would experience mental suffering from such a posting and that the couple had failed to take advantage of a procedure which would have allowed them to remove the picture from Street View.
