Now that's some nerve

Read here about a Sacramento man who is suing the restaurant who served him a beverage--presumably alcoholic--shortly before he drove his Jeep Grand Cherokee 72 mph into another vehicle, killing the driver and three passengers. What makes the lawsuit particularly gutsy is that the man, Roberto Vellanoweth, had consumed three martinis at lunch just a couple of hours earlier.
